• Delivery will be arranged to the site address provided by the customer
• Our team or logistics partner will coordinate delivery timing
• Customer must be available to receive the materials

5. Delays in Shipping

Shipping may be delayed due to:

• Customers must inspect all materials at the time of delivery

• Claims after this period may not be accepted

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery at site
• Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer

8. Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply
