Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to Ecosparx India are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Cancellation requested within 24 hours of booking
• Service not yet started
• No materials have been procured or dispatched

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Work or installation has already started
• Materials (solar panels, inverter, etc.) have been purchased or delivered
• Services such as cleaning or maintenance have been completed
• AMC contracts once activated

4. Service-Based Refunds

• Solar cleaning and maintenance services are non-refundable once delivered
• In case of service dissatisfaction, we may offer re-service instead of refund

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (if applicable) may be granted:

• After deduction of site visit charges
• After deducting material or logistics costs

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made through:

• Original payment method OR
• Bank transfer

8. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for delays or issues caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions
• Uncontrollable external factors
